Out of curiousity, what relavence is their to the fact that Delgado, Beltran and Martinez happen to be Latino? Is this an intentional policy of Minaya's? I mean, do we list all the White players signed by White General Managers or Black players by Black GM's? Just wondering if this statement regarding Hispanic players being "recruited" is valid.

---> I left this up for a long time but no one responded so I edited the page to state that he acquired several notable free agents. Unless acquiring Latinos is an open policy of Minaya's I don't think it is relevant.

For the sake of maintaining a neutral point of view, an article clean-up is needed. Also, please don't add biased and joke remarks in favor of Omar Minaya. (As seen here) --Nishkid64 23:29, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
