Omar Ortiz Uribe (born March 13, 1976 in Monterrey, Nuevo León) is a Mexican football goalkeeper. He made his debut in 1997 with Club de Fútbol Monterrey. Ortiz has also played for Jaguares de Chiapas and is currently playing with Necaxa. His nickname is El Gato.
