Norwegian tanker ship Thorshøvdi, after being hit by a manned torpedo from the Italian base-ship Olterra. Photo by Narve Sørensen. Possibly non-free image, originally from www.warsailors.com and enhanced by myself. This picture belongs to a set of images thought to be the only photos showing merchant ships struck by this type of weapon in the Mediterranean during WWII.
