The Oliverian School offers an athletics program an athletic program that is suited to the mountainous surroundings of the New Hampshire school.

The basic athletic offerings include:

  • Mountain and Road Biking
  • Ultimate Frisbee
  • Cross-country trail running
  • Fitness Training
  • Weekly ski lessons
  • Indoor Bouldering Area

An adventure athletic program is also offered, which includes the following:

  • Hiking and backpacking
  • Mountain and road biking
  • Orienteering
  • Rock climbing
  • Ice climbing
  • Sailing (through our Orientation program)

Apart from these, the school also offers a Snowboarding/Skiing team that students can join. Oliverian School collaborates with Cannon Mountain, allowing students to attend ski and snowboard instruction on the mountain each week. Each student at Oliverian receives a season pass, which allows for additional ski and snowboard trips on weekends. If students choose to be part of the ski/snowboard team, they also have the opportunity to compete in various disciplines such as alpine racing and freestyle.[1]
