Oliver Grainger is the voice actor for the character Dongwa on Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat. He plays Sagwa's older brother in the show. He previously played Dora Winifred Read on Arthur and George Dumol on Mona The Vampire. He currently lives in Dorval, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He likes to skateboard.
