I changed "Baraksonova" to "Baraksanova", although I'm not 100% sure... Gymnast.ru and "Whatever happened..." "votes for Baraksanova". And googling for "Irina Baraksonova" returned five results, while for "Irina Baraksanova" it returned 158 results. Of course, such a "Google research" is not reliable — "a" in her last name maybe just a wide-spread mistake. Hence, if I was wrong to change it in the article, please, revert my change. I think it's fine. When some of the Russian names get translated to English, there are often variations--ie. Chorkina instead of Khorkina, the different spellings of Turischeva, Nellie vs. Nelli, etc. It makes sense to use the most common and widely accepted. Thank you for your opinion. BTW, Turischeva is a separate issue: her first and last name combination has so many variations, it's difficult to count all possible ones :) Cmapm 21:14, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
