The Old Palmetto Hotel (also known as the Charlton Apartments or Regent Court Apartments) is a historic hotel in Vero Beach, Florida. It is located at 1889 Old Dixie Highway. On November 13, 1991, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
