A sketch of Boston's en:Old North Church, as it was c. 1882. This shows the church's second steeple, built in 1807 after the first was destroyed in 1804, and which was itself destroyed in 1954.

From: MacDonald, E. (1882). Old Copp's Hill and Burial Ground with Historical Sketches, p. 7. Scan by Google Books.

This is definitely PD in the U.S., and probably also PD in countries that use life-of-the-author-plus-70, but I cannot say for sure because I have no information on when E. MacDonald died.

This media file is in the public domain in the United States. This applies to U.S. works where the copyright has expired, often because its first publication occurred prior to January 1, 1923. See this page for further explanation.
