State Highway 65, usually known as SH-65 or OK-65 (or simply Highway 65) is a north-south highway in Oklahoma. SH-65 travels 44.4 miles[1] (71 km) from US-70 west of Randlett to State Highway 17 in Sterling. It has no lettered routes.

State Highway 65 begins near Randlett in Cotton County at US-70. From there, it heads north into Temple. In Temple it meets and has a short concurrency with SH-5. SH-65 continues northward, meeting SH-53 before entering Comanche County. It crosses SH-7 in unincorporated Pumpkin Center before ending at SH-17 in Sterling.
