State Highway 50 is a state highway in northeastern Oklahoma. The majority of the 38 mile[1] (61 km) highway is in Woodward Co. though the northernmost 3 miles are in Woods Co. SH-50 runs near two state parks and has a lettered spur that goes to each of them.

SH-50 begins at US-183/270/SH-3 between Woodward and Mutual. It runs northward towards Mooreland. Just before reaching the town, it meets U.S. Highway 412 and overlaps it to Mooreland, where it splits off. SH-50 continues north from there to end 3 miles (4.8 km) north of Freedom at US-64.

SH-50 has two lettered spurs. They each run to a state park.
- SH-50A connects SH-50 to Alabaster Caverns State Park near Freedom.
- SH-50B connects SH-50 to Boiling Springs State Park near Mooreland.
