Welcome!

Image:Sephiroth.gif Hello, Ojota, Welcome to Wikipedia!
I hope you like working here and want to continue. If you need help on how to name new articles, look at Naming Conventions, and for help on formatting the pages visit the Manual of Style. If you need general help, look at Help and the FAQ, and if you can't find your answer there, check the Village pump (for Wikipedia related questions) or the Reference Desk (for general questions). There's still more help at the Tutorial and the Policy Library. Also, don't forget to visit the Community Portal — and if you have any more questions after that, feel free to post them on my talk page.
Additional tips:
Here are some extra tips to help you get around Wikipedia:
  • If you made any edits before you got an account, you might be interested in assigning those to your username.
  • If you want to play around with your new Wiki skills, try the Sandbox.
  • Click on the Edit button on a page, and look at how other editors did what they did.
  • You can sign your name using three tildes, like this: ~~~. If you use four, you can add a datestamp too. Always sign comments on Talk pages, never sign Articles.
  • You might want to add yourself to the New User Log.
  • If your first language isn't English, try Wikipedia:Contributing to articles outside your native language.
Happy editing!

[edit] Spanish Translation of the Week

You showed support for Spanish Translation of the Week. This week Gestalt therapy was chosen to be translated from es:Terapia gestáltica. Hope you can help.

[edit] Age of Consent

Hi! Thank you for your edit on the AoC page. You might be interested to know about the changes that will occur in the near future. Currently there's a lot of discussion and planning regarding the cleanup of that page. How does this affect you? It is very likely that all entries in the "various countries" section will be deleted if they do not have proper supporting citations. If you have the time and resources it would be wonderful if you could add references to the appropriate laws to support your edit (even if they are in Spanish/Portugese). That way it will survive the cull and Wikipedia will be all the better. Cheers! Monotonehell 11:58, 9 February 2006 (UTC)

O.k., I've just added them. I've put a link showing the Argentine Penal Code, and have cited the article numbers. The Penal Code text is in Spanish, but I hope that helps anyway. Cheers --Ojota 06:10, 13 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:UBA.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:UBA.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 10:14, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

o.k., I've added a fair use rationale. --Ojota (talk) 00:07, 22 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Capital punishment

You made a change to the number of states with certain laws on the death penalty but did not mention the basis for this change. Has some country's law recently changed? Rmhermen (talk) 13:39, 30 May 2008 (UTC)

Yes. The military penal code was annuled in 2007, so the argentine law has been changed. Now the death penalty is totally abolished in Argentina. (I though I had put the reference in the article. I'm checking it right now) Greetings. --Ojota (talk) 02:55, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
