this is a statue of Japanese Samurai Oishikuranosuke,who is the leader of Forty-seven Ronin. it is famous for Chushingura,seen as a symbol of Bushido.

this statue is in Sengaku-ji,tokyo. Sengaku-ji is the graveyard of Forty-seven Ronin.
