Oil Springs, Kentucky

Oil Springs (also Medina) is an unincorporated community in Johnson County, Kentucky, United States. It lies along Route 40 west of the city of Paintsville, the county seat of Johnson County.[1] Its elevation is 833 feet (254 m), and it is located at 37°48′36″N, 82°56′33″W (37.8100924, -82.9423880).[2] Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 41238.[3]
