If anyone has a history behind the Flying Wheel emblem would they please put it in the article, I would do so myself, but I don't have any knowledge if the emblem's history.

I have started filling this page back in. I have also created citations and refrained from the word-for-word copyright violations which sank the last article. I encourage people who contribute to this article to please cite their sources. This could be a great article for a great organization if we cite properly! I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.
