State Route 226 is a short route in Ohio which traverses the village of Shreve.

- 1929 – Route established[2][3], replacing the State Route 250 designation. No significant changes have been made since.

- 1923 – Route established along Stump and Kurtz Roads in Paris Township in Stark County and West Township in Columbiana County, connecting State Route 5 (modern U.S. Route 30) to State Route 80 (modern State Route 183) just northeast of Minerva[3].
- 1928 – Route removed from system.[3]
