State Route 169 is a north-south state highway (which follows a more east-west routing) in the northeastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Its southern (eastern) terminus is at U.S. Route 422 just east of Niles, and its northern (western) terminus is along U.S. Route 422 at its intersection with State Route 45 in Warren. The road originates at the intersection of U.S. 422 and Robbins Avenue in Weathersfield Township. It continues along Robbins Avenue in a westerly direction until the junction of Main Street in Niles, Ohio, approximately 2.5 miles. Then the route turns right on Main Street and travels through Niles north into Warren. This section is locally known as "Niles Road." Route 169 turns west then runs concurrently with U.S. 422 through part of downtown Warren, first called "South Street" and then shortly turning into "West Market Street", before terminating at "Tod Avenue" (State Route 45).
