State Route 110 is an east-west highway along the Maumee River in northwest Ohio. Its western terminus is at Route 108 in Napoleon, Ohio, and its eastern terminus is at Route 65 north of McClure, Ohio.

[edit] History

Route 110 originally ran from Napoleon to Perrysburg along its current route and concurrent with Ohio 65 from there to Perrysburg. Starting in 1926, it ran along the north bank of the Maumee River from Napoleon to Grand Rapids, with the new U.S. Route 24 taking the south bank. In 1931, its eastern terminus was moved to Grand Rapids.

In 1943, the eastern terminus was extended to Bowling Green, replacing Route 184, and it flipped western routings with U.S. 24, once again putting it on the south bank of the Maumee. By 1960, Route 110 was truncated to its current terminus, leaving the road between Routes 65 and 64 unnumbered.
