OE buoy

An OE Buoy or Ocean Energy Buoy is a Wave Power device that is currently (as of February 2007) deployed in half scale test mode in Spiddal near Galway in Ireland.
It was developed by the HMRC http://hmrc.ucc.ie in Cork.
