Health Expressions [1] is a cohort marketing program designed for Proctor & Gamble [[2]] Health Care brands. It utilizes a website, email newsletters, pod-casts and traditional media such as TV, radio and print to link consumer brands that otherwise have limited customer involvement through more traditional advertising channels. This has created a space for customers to access not only brand information but health news and lifestyle information. Health Expressions was launched in January 2004.
