Dr Andre Oboler completed his PhD in computer science at Lancaster University, United Kingdom in 2007. He holds a first class Honours degree in computer science (with a major in Information Systems) from Monash University, Australia.

Andre is currently a Post Doctoral Fellow in Political Science researching in the area of Public Diplomacy and Web 2.0 (that's one topic, not two). His work on this topic has been publish both in research papers and in the press. He has also presented on this topic in Australia, the UK, Israel, Holland, and the USA. He has also provided briefings for a number of organisations.
