Oberstaufenbach is a municipality in the district of Kusel, in Rhineland-Palatinate, western Germany. It is situated about 15 km from the Ramstein Air Base, at 332 m elevation.

The town contains a large soccer field and during the soccer season you can watch the local teams compete there.
In the town square they hold festivals during the German holidays and during some weekends where the usual party consists of beer and bratwurst (The classic German Festival meal).
Also right next to the town square and the soccer field you can find a playground area for children consisting of swings, slides, tables lowered for children and a see-saw.
The town also has a local bakery where pastries are made fresh daily. The town also has a local guest house where you can go in and have a drink and sit down and have a chat with your friends or the locals.
