Compiz-Fusion is a set of community-made plugins for the Compiz compositing window manager for the X Window System. While technically an independent set of packages that expand upon the functionality of the core compositor, the term Compiz-Fusion is sometimes used to refer to the compositor and its core plugins as well as the set of community-made plugins.
