O Rissei (王立誠, Ō Rissei, Chinese: 王立誠; pinyin: Wáng Lìchéng, born November 7, 1958) is a professional Go player in Japan.

O Rissei was born in Taiwan and moved to Japan in 1971 at only 13 and would turn pro the next year. His teacher is Kano Yoshinori.
