O. E. H. Wucheria

Otto Wucherer (1820 - 1874) was a Brazilian physician, born to Brazilian mother and German father.
He was born in Oporto and practiced in London at St Bartholomew's Hospital and in Lisbon.
He discovered the filaria larvae in Bahia, Brazil.
