This is a digital scan of an original publicity photo given to the author of the Wiki about Nyman Furr. Since this photograph was given out freely by Mr Furr and the band he was in (the photo is autographed to the Wiki author), The Little Juice Band, to anyone who attended their performances, this photograph falls under the fair use guidelines in the opinion of the author. Neither the photograph nor the performances required any renumeration by the author or any other attendees at the band's performances. Mr. Furr is now deceased and this image is to provide readers with a picture as the primary identification of the subject of the Wiki. The photograph does not contain any copyright information, however it is assumed that the copyright is held by the subject/subject's heirs. The original photograph was obtained by the author in 1979, so it is unclear if it still falls under the provisions of copyright law regarding images.
