I don't find this article to be "plain advertising" at all. It contained some slightly biased language, which I have tried to clean up, but otherwise it's fairly informative. I vote for the cleanup banner to be removed. --mcld 12:34, 1 October 2006 (UTC)

After reading the first sentence, i suppose that most verbs that follow should be in the past tense?
