An image or media file you uploaded, Image:India flag.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you.

We already have a better version of the Indian flag here Image:India flag large.png. You can also find other India related flags at commons:Category:Flags of India. All images at Wikimedia commons can be used directly here at the Wikipedia (and all other Wikimedia projects) as well, so it's a good idea to do some searches there before uploading files. Additionaly if an image is public domain it's a good idea to upload it to commons instead of to just the English Wikipedia, that way ALL the various language wikipedias and other Wikimedia projects will have access to the image as well. --Sherool 19:59, 18 September 2005 (UTC)
