Nukesaku is a minor, fictional character appearing in the Japanese manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 Jojo no kimyōna bōken?), by Hirohiko Araki. The character is portrayed as an enemy of the protagonist.

Nukesaku is a minor vampire with the ability to grow a face on the back of his head. It is not certain whether this is because of a Stand, or is simply a vampiric bio-organic power.

The name (抜け作) is in fact a random word and not a name, meaning "fool, blockhead", similar to what Dio called Jonathan in Part 1 (間抜け manuke).
