The use of a low resolution version of this logo constitutes fair use in the Wikipedia articles Virgin Media and NTL Ireland because:

• The low resolution nature of the image prevents reuse which could infringe on the commercial benefit of the copyright owner;
• The image and the product it represents are critically discussed by the articles;
• NTL has willingly published such images to represent their business and services.
