My name is Neil Hall. I am a Quaker and like most Quakers am concerned with peace [1] and social justice [2].
I have a degree in mathematics from the University of Warwick and am an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries.
Current recreations include marathon running and cycling.
I am also a volunteer visitor with the Gatwick Detainees Welfare Group and support several other organisations which help refugees and asylum seekers. I think the practice of imprisoning refugees or asylum seekers, who have committed no crime, is an obscenity.
