Thomas Willis is the eldest child of Aeverine and Angela Willis in the cartoon series Queen of the Willis. He is the brother of Deanna Willis.

Tom is part of the cool crowd at Babyface Edmunds High School. Despite his male apperance, he underwent female-to-male sexual reassignment surgery in 2001.

Tom is so popular in high school that a young woman (named Ashley Peterson), and neighborhood male-to-female transsexual Trevelle Abhrams, who he eventually marries.

Tom's role in the family is "least favorite". The Willis are shown avoiding her company, disparaging him in person, and gathered in his bedroom seeing him with Trevelle.
