Novopavlovsk

Novopavlovsk (Russian: Новопа́вловск) is a town in and the administrative center of Kirovsky District of Stavropol Krai, Russia. It was founded in 1777 and located on the left bank of the Kura river. Population: 23,235 (2002 Census).
