[edit] Signatures in edit summaries
I just thought I'd let you know and save you five extra keystrokes per edit summary: signatures aren't created by ~~~~ in edit summaries, nor are they necessary — the editor who made the change is displayed in both the page history and on the recent changes or new pages lists. [edit] Reverting vandalism
Thank you for your efforts in reverting vandalism on the West Side Story page last month. To save you a bit of effort - you don't need to make a talk page entry every time you revert a vandalism; just noting it in the edit summary is sufficient. You can even do it with 3 keystrokes - rvv is Wiki-shorthand for "reverted vandalism"! -DrGaellon (talk | contribs) 17:53, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
