Also, some have been trying to keep Matt honest and his Wiki bio page truthful (as difficult as that is). The simple fact that the document exists and was created by the government satisfies "publication". A scan would then simplify "verification" but is not entirely necessary. Since the issue however is controversial a scan might be in order.Wjhonson (talk) 10:04, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
