This seems like a strange example to give and I'm not sure it's illustrating notational bias as such. (More a problem of classification or definition of terms.) But I don't know enough about this specific subject to give a stronger example. Ben Finn

I don't know much about it either, but I tried to go from what I've read to give a better example. I agree with you about the previous example seeming more like a category problem than what is described in the first sentence. The concept seems to be brought up a lot by people who are skeptical of the scientific method, so if one of you guys wants to give it another shot, feel free. Recury 23:55, 14 April 2006 (UTC)

This article is awful. It doesn't even explain how any of the examples are actually a form of bias. I would edit it but I have no idea what notational bias is. In it's current state we'd probably be better off just deleting it. Misodoctakleidist 17:03, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
