To notify the uploader that an image lacks source (and copyright) inforamtion. (Notge thet without source info, no reliable copyright status can be assigned.)

[edit] Usage

Place {{subst:nosource-warn|IMAGENAME}} on the talk page of the uploader of a nosource image.

Note the use of subst, both because the tempalte creates a section header abd because it is a talk page template, as per Wikipedia:subst. This tempalte should always be used with subst.
