[edit] Unblock Me Please

I have done nothing wrong!

And you are not blocked, which means you have been autoblocked. Please give the info on the block page so we can override the autoblock. Ryūlóng 05:13, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
Yeah, you're probably editing from a shared IP address (say, a school, college, or summat), or a range of addresses which has recently been blocked to fix a major problem (usually vandalism). For what it's worth, I apologize for the inconvenience. As Ryulong requested, could you please post the information in the "you've been blocked" box? Luna Santin 05:14, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
Where is the Blocked Page?

Clearing an autoblock

Due to the nature of the block applied we need additional information before we can decide whether to unblock you. It is very likely that you are not personally blocked. If you are prevented from editing, it may be because you are autoblocked or blocked because of your IP address. Without further details there is nothing further we can do to review or lift your block. Please follow these instructions:

  1. If you have a Wikipedia account, please ensure that you are logged in.
Your account name will be visible in the top right of this page if you are.
If it isn't, try bypassing your web browser's cache.
  2. Try to edit the Sandbox.
  3. If you are still blocked, copy the {{unblock-ip|...}} code generated for you under the "IP blocked?" section. This is usually hidden within the "What do I do now?" section. If so, just click the "[show]" link to the right hand side to show this text.
  4. Paste the code at the bottom of your user talk page and click save.

If you are not blocked from editing the sandbox then the autoblock on your IP address has already expired and you can resume editing.

[edit] Image tagging for Image:Tennewsearly.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Tennewsearly.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:TenNewsAdelaide.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:TenNewsAdelaide.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Aksibot 09:19, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:9am David and Kim.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:9am David and Kim.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 17:11, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Tennewslate.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Tennewslate.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 09:07, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] TransAdelaide Infoboxes

Hello. Yes, I enjoy helping with the articles on Adelaide's stations, and I try to put my knowledge into this. It may not be accurate, but it is the best I can do. I will try to continue to add more info on the articles. Happy to help. Rhysydude (talk) 05:32, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Adelaide's railway station shelters

Hello again. I noticed that the shelters at the Hallett Cove and Hallett Cove Beach stations look fairly new. Did these stations use to have shelters like the ones that the Ascot Park, Brighton, Seacliff, Marino, Marino Rocks and Lonsdale stations have right now? I'm just interested thats all, and if they did, I'll be happy to add the info on those pages if you want. Cheers. Rhysydude (talk) 04:27, 16 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Salisbury railway station

Hi. I think someone is messing with a section of the TransAdelaide box, it currently says the station was opened in 1957, but it was really opened in 1857. This happened before, then I changed it to 1857, then it's been changed back to 1957. Should that person get a warning, or are you changing it? I'll change it back if you want. Rhysydude (talk) 03:40, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Salisbury station

I think Salisbury station was opened in 1857, along with the gawler line, because on the National Railway Museum website there is a photo of the Salisbury station from 1980, showing an 1857-like building on the down platform and I recall seeing an older photo from 1890 of a similar building on the up platform in the Picture Australia site. I hope this helps. Rhysydude (talk) 04:53, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Adelaide pics & infoboxes

Thanks for all your Adelaide station pictures - they are really good. Just wondering how you are going as regards the other ones that aren't there yet (e.g. the middle of the Gawler Line, middle of the Outer Harbor Line)— are you in need of help? (I live in Sydney but I could draw up a page like this one to help show which ones don't have photos in the chance that any keen editors could help out). Any chance of photos of the three closed stations on the Belair Line? Bridgewater Line stations that still exist (like Aldgate)?

I was also wondering whether you would think it worth cutting down the infoboxes a little - I think there's too much information in it and some of it (like whether there's toilets, etc. on the station) aren't really notable. Some historical dates might be a better option rather than just travel information to make it more like a Wiki article and less like a Wikitravel page. JRG (talk) 10:40, 21 May 2008 (UTC)
