By rights if that's added, it should also be mentioned it has bicycle police who approach 14 and 15 year old males, ask them to expose their penis and 'make it hard' for them, as per the recent suspension of a crapload of their cops for such behaviour. 211.30.71.59 04:01, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
