Does anyone know for sure if they broadcast CFL games and how often?

Yes they show the CFL. According to the website:

"NASN broadcasts one live game from the CFL a week. We show one game a week on a Friday night at midnight or 2.00 am and repeat this game on a Saturday afternoon. We will also be showing live coverage of The Grey Cup in November." (Adam Scott 89 18:44, 16 May 2006 (UTC))

Image:Nasn.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
