There should probably be a mention of the fact that the island was being developed by Phil Kniskern to be a fly-in-community when Ledher came in and got the place... I don't have enough info to write it, but I'm sure someone knows something and has the time to google it... --Chris 05:34, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
