I can't understand how a politician could be re-elected again and again in this riding as he oversaw the expansion of the Carp Dump (disaster). Now he comes out 'not in favour' of it. It is too late. It may very well may be that Mr. Sterling has finished his last term as MPP for Carleton Mississippi Mills ~ Laverance
