Norwegian Wood (music festival)

Norwegian Wood is a music festival in Oslo, Norway. It takes place in Frognerbadet, near Frognerparken (the Vigeland Sculpture Park). In 2006 the festival took place from June 14th to June 18th. The main headliner was Roger Waters (of Pink Floyd), who performed the entire Dark Side of the Moon.

In 2007 the festival took place from 14th to the 17th of June and the famous rock band Korn played at the festival. Brian Wilson, former memberof The Beach Boys, also played at the 2007 festival. Other bands who played include Wolfmother.

The name of the festival refers to the famous The Beatles hit Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown).
