Northland, Wellington

Northland, a small suburb in western Wellington, New Zealand, has a community largely based around Northland School (the local public school): most of the children in the suburb either attend that school or Cardinal McKeefry, a Catholic integrated school just down the road.

The suburb, formerly known as Creswick, lies to the west of Kelburn, to the east of Karori, to the south of Wadestown and to the south-east of Wilton. It sits on top of Tinakori Hill.
