Northgate is a planned 51 storey skyscraper in London, close to the under construction Broadgate Tower. It is being designed by Sir Norman Foster, who designed 30 St Mary Axe, and an application was to be submitted in 2007 according to the developer Hammerson's February 2007 presentation. The tower appears to be around 180 metres (591 ft) in renders and models in comparison with the neighbouring Broadgate Tower.
The design of the tower involves three slabs of varying heights together. The scheme will also include a smaller tower.
