General elections were held in the Northern Mariana Islands on 3 November 2007.[1]

In the referenda, all four justices of the Supreme Court were retained. The Rota Casino Act of 2007 was approved, but the Saipan Casino Act was rejected. Also, proposals were approved to create a Higher Education Commission and to require run-off elections in future gubernatorial elections.
