The Northern Barred-woodcreeper (Dendrocolaptes sanctithomae) is a species of bird in the Dendrocolaptidae family. It was formerly considered to be conspecific with the Amazonian Barred-woodcreeper (D. certhia).
It is found from southern Mexico through Central America to Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador.
