NC 38 is a north/south state highway in central North Carolina; it is entirely in Richmond County.

N.C. 38 begins as Bennettsville Road in Hamlet at an intersection with U.S. 74 Business and continues towards the North Carolina-South Carolina border, continuing to Bennettsville, South Carolina as S.C. 38.
