Norsey Wood

Norsey Wood is a mixed coppice woodland situated in Billericay, Essex, England. The nature reserve covers an area of approximately 165 acres, and consists of a variety of habitats due to its distinctive, underlying geology. It has a remarkable history that has been calculated to go back some 4,000 years. It is a Scheduled Ancient Monument, Site of Special Scientific Interest and a Local Nature Reserve.
