Norman Kovar is an American musician from Western New York mostly known for his drumming in punk rock band Triumverate. A graduate of the University of Buffalo, Kovar is an electrical engineer. Notorious for his love of cowbell, to the point that the cowbell was named an honorary member of Triumverate.
