Nordkalotten

Nordkalotten (Norwegian and Swedish for Cap of the North) (Pohjoiskalotti in Finnish) consists of the provinces Nordland, Troms and Finnmark in Norway, Norrbotten in Sweden, Lappi in Finland and Murmansk Oblast in Russia. It is located around or north of the Arctic Circle.
